Job Requirements
Required:
At least 1 year high-volume outlet experience.
Capable of following directions.
Possess good recall and memory.
Basic knife skills.
Equipment knowledge to include slicing machine, juicer, small wares equipment.
Knowledge of health and safety procedures, sanitation practices, weights and measures.
Excellent customer service skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Ability to speak, read and write in English.
